You are referring to the "Designated Sender" feature and Ricoh's have had it for the last several generations. Each unit allows for up to 30 designated senders. Routing information can be created based on the "caller ID" of the sending fax and does not require any action on the part of the sending fax except to have appropriate Fax Header information that the FCC requires anyway. It still will only send to one email address but each of the 30 can have a different email destination. Then of course any that have not been "designated" will go to the default email.
You can forward to one destination, which can be a single email address, or a group that contains multiple email addresses.

There is a special senders feature (which has been around for several generations) that allows you to treat faxes that come from specific fax numbers differently from the default (e.g. forward to a specific email address)
