When will the evergreen clause end for office equipment lease? Just found another one from a Mega dealer in the tri-state area with a 12 month renewal clause....
Shouldn't those companies be ashamed of themselves? Do they not embrace #customersatisfaction or #clientsatisfaction? Or is it all about trapping the client if they forget to exercise their end of lease options?
I understand that evergreen offers protection for the lessor, but at what cost? If the client is looking to move away from the dealer, then in most cases the client was not happy with the performance of that dealer. Then why, why does the incumbent dealer want to keep a client that's not happy with the support or the service that they offer? Greed? Bad culture?
