We recently sold a CS3551ci to a customer.  After the deal was done the IT department said it would not work with their Oracle/Unix environment.  My understanding is that the IT department loves HP and the simplicity of installing HP printers and doesn't want to do anything extra to get the Kyocera working with Oracle.

I've never even touched a Unix print server and I need to work with their IT department to get this working.  Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'm with Art. I would contact Kyocera support. Usually there is either a) a work around b) a different print driver would work in their environment or c) IT is being lazy.

I'm sure Kyocera globally has encountered this issue before and has a solution.
