Auto paper select on the SR90

I am installing my first SR90 and am having some problems with the auto paper select setting. If I select the specific size of paper it willrun fine either on or offline with the 2090 that is connected to. However, if I select auto for paper size on the SR90 it will jam in "B" if online and will mistaple and misfold if offline. Is this normal operation or does anyone know the solution

Please share more details about the problem you are having. And, I'll see what I can find out from my techs that were involved with the install.

We just installed one and the only hang up we had was the Cover Inserter. I think we just had to run a service code cycle of some sort that was in the install manual. You have to read the entire manual, NO SHORTCUTS! It seemed like depending on the accessories there was a little tweak that needed to be done. Otherwise the darn thing is a tank.

We put it in a commercial print for pay environment that has never taken on cut sheet copier business. This is there first. They have multimillion dollar 6 head 30" presses. They are loving the opportunities with the 2090 and SR90 booklet maker. In order to stay competitive, we initially installed without the LCT, they were only going to run 11x17, now they are looking at the LCT to put more work on the system.
