The other thing to look at is the E-Cabinet solution. If your customer has the resourses for something like that it is a good solution for a mid size firm. Though you are looking at somewhere in the neighborhood of $14K-$25K additional expense by the time you place the cabinet and archiving solution. There is some in depth info at rsv.ricoh.com
