Savin 2525/3030 Process priority?

I am certain this is user error and have not seen it in person but we have a customer that swears if they receive a fax in the middle of a print job, the machine prints the fax right in the middle of the print job.
I was just curious if this had come up anywhere before with this machine? Like I said, I'm sure it's "user error" but wanting to cover my bases.
