Hope all is well.

I am trying to get a feel for Lexmark’s BSD dealer pricing and rebate structure so I can estimate the true net price below their listed dealer costs (aka LDC).

I know their listed dealer costs (aka LDC), but can anyone explain to me how their additional front- and back-end rebates and other factors work?

For example, is it like Canon Cash and the dealer gets x% of their total Lexmark wholesale spending back each quarter?

Are there any additional components of the BSD program that allows even lower achieved wholesale prices for hardware, options, and supplies?

Is it different for different size dealers?

How about A4 vs. A3?

Appreciate any insights.
