Priority Transmission allowing for the most important documents to be
sent first. Jobs can be stored in the system's 320-page memory. Remote

This retagged Samsung product is in my opinion below Ricoh's standards. As an independent distributor, we have sold some of the Samsungs over the past year and a half and found them for the most part to be a disappoinment.

I believe Ricoh is targeting the same SOHO prospects we were when we began implementing the Samsungs. My conclusion is that these prospects are better off purchasing from retail stores if they want inferior products. There has to be a line we won't cross, and under $1000 is just not the market for most professional salespeople.

The most disappointing aspects are the document feeder and the virtually non-existent dual/multi-access.

It is okay as a printer with occassional convenience copying of single originals.

Beware of this one, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Look for new Ricoh faxes that are also Samsung OEM. We have had some success with these, yet found Ricoh to be making a big profit on them. We cannot justify paying twice as much for the Ricoh name. These models include the Samsung SF-560. I have installed about a half dozen of these and ran into a problem with one where it was locking up and displaying "printing..." and nothing coming out. Problem is corrected when unplugged, but is a nuisance to the customer as it happened more than once. Samsung sent us a firmware update but we haven't installed it yet and are not sure if it addresses this specific problem.

I'd like know if anyone else has had any experience with these products.

Thanks,
Jerry
