GOBY IS SINKING MY SHIP AND FAST!!!!! Question for the experts | Print4Pay Hotel

Has anyone worked with GOBY?

We have been attempting to use it on a pilot with a large organization. They have 5 locations where I am at and have been faxing 70 + page documents several times a day to these various locations. (These are long distance calls)

The company does have a national with CANON DIRECT who has presented ecopy. They gave us the opportunity to show what we can do first

The equipment that I have installed is

Main Location : 9002 and DSc338 color

All of the other locations have the 338's

with GOBY Installed on a print server

The soltion is to scan documents at one location, and have them print at aonther. At the copier level this seems to be fine.

Press Scan, see the other locations (destinations) select put the doc's in and hit start.

It gets to GOBY, you can watch it being spolled on the print server, and then it freezes the macine.

Does anyone know or have experiencec with this

Or

does anyone know a better solution for this application than GOBY......

What OS are you using?

Plus GOBY is Doculex, this should be in the Doculex forum, they monitor all of the posts in that forum.
