It's funny that the Seri Model 25 shows up this week in the list of threads! I'm currently involved with trying to place a Seri and a DD with a Pharma account. Ricoh discontinued the Seri printers years ago, not sure why, it could have been because of slow sales and the fact that there were not that many opportunities for them. Oh gesh, do I remember those first gel-printers from Ricoh. They were cool, priced right, however almost all of the ended up with error codes (I think the code was E-99). The one thread below reminded me of a recent appointment with a healthcare account. So, much for FAX is DEAD, right? Seems health care still needs and loves faxing.
