We have at least a couple customers that originated with PaperCut and have "evolved" past them. One had PaperCut for a year but never got it implemented because there wasn't someone pushing to make it happen. Another learned from their experience with PaperCut how little they knew about their own environment and how much they could improve if they had behavior modification (pop-up boxes from the PA Rules Module) and cost recovery from the PA Cost Recovery Module.
PaperCut is only as good as the internal mechanism assigned with the implementation and monitoring and at its best, it can only take you so far.
