I work with a Canadian salesperson who got COVID on Dec 23rd. and has a 20 year base of customers.

X2 Vaccinated but still got infected, we do not know where.

Ruined his Xmas, flat on his back miserable for a few days but is now recovering and just feels very tired.  He has to isolate for 10 days and then get retested.

So come Jan 03 2022, likely back to work, how do you deal with customers?

Cold calls are not happening these days especially with Omicon rising.

I guess, if required, you show up with a N95 mask on and are prepared to show any customer who asks your vaccination record like a business card.

I know a lot of business can be done over the phone, email and Teams/ Zoom.

Any thoughts?
