- 5 year contract with two 1 year renewals
- For printers and MFPs for U.S. Navy, Military Sealift Command, Fleet Marine Forces and Coast Guard
- Contract originally awarded to an HP dealer, but Xerox argued and won dispute based on fact that some HP product is actually made by Canon
