Xerox India has strengthened its presence in Chennai with the roll out of a multi-city roadshow program. Targeted at CIO’s and CXO’s of leading corporate and SME sector in Chennai, the two day engagement activity received overwhelming response with over 100 customers attending the event.


The Xerox ‘Real Business Live’ forum provided hands on experience for customers and demonstrated Xerox’s offering today that drives productivity and savings out of the office printing environment, through better management of printing assets, workflow process analysis and overall optimisation.

This is achieved through a combination of software, technology and workflow improvement, as well as the ability to scale the offer for direct customers and for medium businesses. Xerox’s offer focuses on understanding what customers need to optimize cost and productivity, and excellent ongoing management of the assets.

He also added, “Southern India, especially Chennai has been a challenging market for most businesses- it is extremely competitive, there is high level business intelligence on efficiency, productivity and optimizing infrastructure and therefore it is important for vendors to offer appropriate customised solutions with best in class service support and minimal downtime. Whether documents flow through businesses, or are customer’s business, we at Xerox India with our A3 solutions portfolio and support from certified partners under the ASP Program will listen and partner with our customers to make it easier for them to do high quality work.”

The Chennai chapter is the second in the series of a nationwide roadshow campaign for Xerox India in the A3 space. As part of the campaign, Xerox India will engage with technology decision makers across SME and Corporate segments in key 10 tier I and tier II cities nationwide in the whole of August and early September. The roadshow in every city is preceded by a training program for Xerox India channel partners. With the partner and customer engagement model, Xerox India will be able to identify and understand the demands of the customers in the region and enable partners accordingly to meet the demands.

Xerox India will also look at co-branded marketing seminars and partner events to assist customers in these centers
