Art, I work for Xerox and am unaware of a recent price increase.  Is there something that you can reference that may clarify what you describe above?  My personal opinion is that we all drive the price down and have for years via weak selling, and selling on only price when we feel pressured. Everything else is more expensive and my bills are certainly impacted by the recent inflation. Collectively, we could all do a better job of holding margin and not giving in to customer and competitive pressures.

Hi Toner

This was posted by another member last week in the Canon forums. I moved that thread to it's own post.  I have faith in my member because I've known that person for years.  Thinking about it maybe these was for those that buy from the distribution channel?

I appreciate the comment and agree to sometimes we can we our worst enemy when the pressure is on.  I know in recent years especially with COVID I've had my best two years in the business by holding price.
