Businesses are simplifying time-consuming document processes and putting focus back on client service with Xerox Corporation's (NYSE: XRX) DocuShare® Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Platform - serving large enterprises to small businesses.

Here are three companies using Xerox's ECM solution to put their valuable resources toward serving customers and expanding their businesses - instead of dealing with paper trails:

?
Freedman & Co. is almost completely paperless with the help of Xerox DocuShare. This New York City-based boutique CPA firm once had paper files taking up valuable square footage in a large file room. Now, documents are immediately scanned when received and electronic versions are securely accessed in seconds.

Their fast response to client requests has helped the firm grow its customer base and expand the business. "We would not be able to secure and retain our high-profile clients without the technology we have. DocuShare has allowed us to go places we could not go otherwise," said Paul Freedman, owner, Freedman & Co.

?
The Love to Swim and Tumble School in San Antonio, Texas, uses Xerox DocuShare to electronically organize and process student payment and registration forms, safety waivers and contact sheets. With 1,700 students attending classes each week, the school has replaced the need to store thousands of printed pages by scanning documents into DocuShare, saving time on each registration processed and thousands of dollars in materials and labor.

"We never envisioned how much paper we would generate when we opened the school; we kept buying and stacking more filing cabinets," said Melissa Magee, general manager, Love to Swim and Tumble School. "With DocuShare we are now able to direct our attention where it matters most - teaching kids how to swim and tumble safely."

?
Five-person CPA firm Sparks, Nelson & Jacobson in Santa Ana, Calif., churns out hundreds of tax returns and numerous audits each year. Using Xerox DocuShare the firm has immediate access to client data, saving accountants up to five minutes per client inquiry. The firm can also collaborate on documents with off-site staff as information is scanned and returned to ensure sensitive data is protected.

"While we are a small firm, we realize the benefit of spending money to make money through strategic IT investments," said Susan Constans, office manager, Sparks, Nelson & Jacobson. "Our clients have no idea how small of an organization we are thanks to DocuShare."
