I have a law firm that is printing to a Savin 917. They are printing address labels to the bypass. When they print they get a paper type mismatch saying load custom size paper. In the page setup in wordperfect it says Avery 5160. I changed this to Letter and tried to print it with the same result. The only success I have had is by using form feed.
Does anyone know why this happens and how to resolve it?
