I don't understand why A4's are missing in action. Interesting that no one knows when A4s are will be available again. Could it be that Ricoh just wants the higher revenue with A3 MFPs and has ditched chips being allocated for A4s?

Ricoh as a whole is missing in action. Its not just A4. Sell solutions though. Ricoh Champs (or whatever they call it now) is the answer. LOL!
MIA on each of the following: A4, Wide Format, and an IMC line that is so old that I have customers coming to end of term now and I'm going to have no new model to offer them.
Sharp A4's MIA as well. The Lexmark reboxes are available but that is stretching supply line a bit beyond my comfort zone. A4 color we are being told Aug, A4 bw July.
We just got a notice this week from Ricoh that a4 units aren't expected to be here until 2023. Including IM350, IM430, IMC300 & IMC400.

Canon and Kyocera are the same. Placed an order with Canon in March and it isn't expected to ship until Feb 2023. Meanwhile, Kyocera isn't even processing new orders for some of their A4 products, and announced to dealers that they're looking into releasing more A4 as print/copy/scan only.
Ricoh just had a Web meeting saying that IMC are basically all in stock except 30-35. But my rep told me late this year for an IMC2500....
Are they just lying to us to make us feel good?
