I almost never go to P4P anymore. I have every forum sending to me every new post. The unfortunate thing is that you have to set up each forum individually. Not only is it time-consuming but you also miss out when a new forum is put in place. Because I don't go to the site anymore, I don't know when new forums are created.
Regardless, anyone who cares what is said on this site, needs to have all posts come to them automatically.

Well... I'm a Systems engineer, so I only "care" about a portion of the questions posted here. I don't need, nor can I contribute to discussions about pricing, sales motivation or hardware issues, so I don't want an email when someone posts them.

I get the daily digest so I can see if there are new posts, then click one of the links that takes me to the site if it is relevant to me. Once on the site I rely upon the "new posts" indicator to show me if there's anything new in the other forums.
I went on line and went through a virtual tour of the Hotel. The only "very discript" place I could see that we could use as a meeting place is on the far side (harbor side) of the lobby. There is a bar there and a hald dozen or so tables. My suggestion would be to meet at the table under the glass chandelier.

I don't know when to meet because we don't have much of an agenda yet but we might be able to set it for 1/2 hour before the Thursday night Reception. At that time we might discuss whether some might want to sit at a common table at the "Exclusive Evening Event at the House of Blues".

You were embarassed to ask, Jim? That sounds strange coming from a salesman. Usually salesmen don't mind asking anyone anything. Heck, we are probably some of the pushyist people on the planet. Jim, maybe you need to get out in the field more and knock on a few doors to bolster your confidence. (Ha-Ha)
