I am wondering, in today's day and age of selling technology and services, what types of meetings or when in the sales process do you use presentations to help drive your points home?  Do you use a presentation in the initial meeting, after discovery of their current state to show findings, before a demo, demo, proposal...

I have a lot of historical experience with direct but now that I am working with a company that has created over 500 presentations for our industry, I am curious to see how they are being used in the field.  You know, where the rubber meets the road and the real work gets done!

Please share your thoughts as you can.

And of course- if you know anyone looking to improve their core go-to presentation deck of for the new year, don't hesitate to let me know.  I would be happy to share our methodology, how we have shortened the sales cycle and improved memorability through our other presentation engagements.

Do you just use the PowerPoint presentation on the initial meeting or follow up meetings as well.

As well, would you be able to send me a sample.  I will keep it confidentially between us.  Just want to see what they look like and the flow of the presentation.  I could also benefit from your thoughts of where it is good or could use improvement.
