I did the video with my phone, next time I promise I'll set up the tripod on the video camera. I have those, was just well,,, I guess lazy.  The vide o is a little lengthy but shows that the Ricoh "Request a Quote" is not working.  Once it is working does that means those leads go to the Direct Sales Channel? If so, why is there not a "Request A Quote" for Dealers?  If the answer is "well, we share then and dole them out evenly to dealers and direct".  Then the next question is why are their radio buttons for IT services and Managed Document Services.  Kinda hokie if you ask me.  Just maybe this thread will get them to fix the dam sight.

BTW, I've been watching this page for more than six months and it has never worked.  Either from the office  or at home!

What if you tried from a different computer, or a different IP address? It's possible that you're being blocked due to an anti spam setting on the server. Repetitive attempts to fill out an online form can be blocked.
Just guessing.

I've tried from my home, the office (different location & different IP), I've had the same outcome every single try.  Did you try on your end?

Well, the CDN site that I use regularly does not have a request a quote option. So, I tried it on the Ricoh-USA site from my IP with the same result as you. Then tried it with a spoofed IP (US based) and got no further.
It's definitely not working as far as I can tell. Could be the info is flowing through to whomever monitors the channel though? Impossible to tell that from this side of the form.

Kirk, thanx for that test. I believe the information is not flowing because I asked some of my accounts if I could put in their information to see who calls them.  I've done this several times over the last 6 months and no phone calls from Direct and no leads to us a Authorized Dealer in that GEO area.
Really appreciate that you corroborated this!
