PLZ HELP
i have installed a AF1515mf using a usb cable, the machine work fine for awhile now it keeps giving me a "USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNISED", I have tested the machine on my laptop and it works fine the PC's USB port also work fine.
I have this a couple of times but only so far on the AF1515.
Do you guys have any ideas

THNX for the Replay.

But isn't the USB printing support just for
Win9x, my problems is with XP (SP2).

You're right, XP should recognize the USB device without a problem.
Does the computer have a 2.0 port?
Even tho the printer is a 2.0 I would go into SP5844 and change the rate to full speed (12 Mbps). High speed (480 Mbps) can sometimes cause this. And the autochange will always go to 480 when available. As long as its just printing, you'll not notice the difference.Except it will work!
