Q. Does the Aficio 2232C/2238C support Parallel Printing and Recovery

systems are identically configured (ie. with the booklet finisher).

systems?
A. No there is no Connect Copy function for these systems.

Q. Can the booklet finisher produce folded and finished booklets with legal
(8.5 x 14 inch) paper?
A. Even though we originally stated that legal-paper was supported through
the booklet finisher, legal paper is supported only through the top paper

be folder and stapled into a booklet.

Q. What is NRS and is it available through Ricoh?
A. NRS stands for New Remote Service, and it enables dealers to remotely
monitor and manage their customers Ricoh systems via the internet. It is
designed to supply counter information, device configuration, status
information, and failure information. It can also be used to remotely
upgrade the firmware version of a specific Ricoh device. However, please
inform your dealers that NRS is NOT available and is scheduled to launch in
2005.

Q. Is there anything special that I should know when configuring the PT460
Multi-bin Tray?
A. The only thing to know is that during installation of the PT460, the
service technician needs to go into "SP" Mode and key "6901", space, and
then "1". This brings you to the Multi-bin setting, which should be changed
to "one" so that the system recognizes the Mutli-bin.

A. The bit depth differs based on the system function. Scanning is at
