Dean,

Give your reps substantial bonus potential for growing the aftermarket revenue in their territory. That will get them focused on trying to find MPS opportunities, contracts on printers outside MPS engagements, IT services opportunities and the like. You know service is much more profitable than hardware but will take longer to grow the top line. Box bonuses may be a good promotion for a quarter but would not be a constant area of focus.
