Uncovered an application that will generate at least 200,000 clicks per year and the client is looking for a solution that will work with their Brand New Ricoh Aficio 2090:

200,000 of two sheets, one legal and one letter(R), both sheets will be pre-imaged on presses, then the client wants to feed variable data to one side of the legal sheet and marry the two sheets up in sets with at least one fold in the middle, then they will feed that product into another device for a second fold which will produce a finished product of 4" and 3" fold, then stuffed into a #10 windowed envelope. The challenge feeding all the legal stock thru trays 1, 2 & 3 lengthwise and somehow inserting the 200,000 sheets of letter(R) via a post process to avoid unnecessary clicks. FYI, the system is configured with an SR90 Booklet maker, can this system fold a set of legal and letter as described above?
