Vince, you're right, TWAIN driving is ridiculous.

But, some companies have applications that only support TWAIN scanning (in this case I'm working with some software for a doctors office and there are a load of other people in my territory with this software).

If they are all going to have to go to the supermarket so to speak, I'd rather sell them a 1515mf or if they already need to replace their existing copier a 2022.

Art, I was able to scan from the glass into MSWord, there was no drop down box or TWAIN pop-up that let me configure where to pull from. I wasn't able to scan from the application the client has yet, which is software for managing patients and records. The goal is to have the scans go right into the application for catagorizing and easy searching. I've contacted the software company and they are going to send someone from their end, the scanning is a new feature for them and they believe some of the dll files or plug-ins have not been installed.

If all else fails with scanning from the feeder, I'll try with DeskTopBinder, I believe there are some options there.
