I went through most of the features and specs and it seems to be a formidale system to compete against especially when the "Street" price is $12,500.

Anyway, are their any faults with this system, maybe something it can't do or would this not be a good system to put in when the color volume is only 3.5k per month. Really need some help on this.

Art,

What kind of customer \ environment are you selling into? Toshiba has a pretty small market share, I will use that to introduce FUD.

FUD? An Association with a graphic arts department, coming out of Canon CLC
The e6550c is a great copier. It is in its second generation and has very few flaws. It has a low breakeven cost per copy. It can handle high volumes. The only limitation is that it is not designed for glossy or coated paper. It can do glossy in low volumwes not at all coated.

Graphic Artists using a CLC & Fiery clearly care about quality first & foremost.

I would use the fact that the Toshiba doesn't do Glossy or Coated paper and make that the biggest issue (If the device you are selling CAN do those stocks).
