The term “quiet quitting” is having a not-so-quiet moment in public discussions about work culture. Despite the misleading name, it has nothing to do with quitting. It's more about a way to set boundaries at work and avoid doing things outside of one's responsibilities without fair compensation.

I think quiet quitting wil end up as a sad situation for both the employer and employies. But then again, it is a symptom of a massive digitalisation and unrealistic expectations of how fast and effective we can work. The human and its brain has limitations.

Ask you self: how much time do you spend each day looking at a screen/monitor?
