I am probably not the best person to respond but since no one else has responded, I'll give my thoughts on the subject...

MCBC Is Mean Copies Between Calls and MCBF is Mean Copies Between Failure. Kind of splitting hairs if you ask me. Maybe a tech out there can help us to understand if the distinction has merit.

Average Copies Per Month is the recommended average per month where Duty Cycle is akin to the P.M. Cycle.
MCBC - Minimum Copies Between Calls. Calls required to the machine but not where it has broken down/ failed. This is like PM or CQ.
MCBF - Mean Copies Between Fails. This is where the machine has failed completely.
ACV - Average Copy Volume. Average monthly copy volume. You can go above or below this figure but this will probably affect your MCBC and MCBF figures.
Duty Cycle - NEVER USE THIS FIGURE. This is the theorectical maximum the machine will do in a month. It's typically based on the running 8hrs/ day, 20 days a month. eg. AF2090 = 60 (mins) * 8 (hours) * 20 (days) * 90 (cpm) = 864,000
