Curious if someone can help. Of course I am looking to upgrade this device, however also looking to see what the issue may be for the HP T2300.
The client has replaced all of the ink cartridges, in addition with all of the print heads. The system will not cycle up to a ready state and keeps repeating that all ink head replacement has not finished. In addition, every time we re-boot the system their is a puddle of black ink located on the right side of the carriage under. Can anyone help with this?
