- 11.1 hours per week spent in meetings
o 49% of meetings viewed as unproductive
- 78% say making printing and scanning easier helps overcome distractions
o 90% of office workers print at least once per week
o 66% of home workers print at least once per week
o 78% of office workers scan at least once per week
o 58% of home workers scan at least once per week
o 78% say print helps them improve their work
o 79% say print helps them focus
