Southern Co. Needs $3.7 Billion From Toshiba to Finish Nuclear Plant

Utility Southern Co. (SO) said that it needs $3.7 billion and cooperation from Toshiba (TOSYY) to finish the nuclear plant in Georgia that was being built by now defunct Toshiba subsidiary Westinghouse.
