Sharp's Comment on media reports regarding speculations on Sharp's consolidated financial forecast

On June 5, there were media reports regarding Sharp’s consolidated financial forecast for the year ending March 2016. However these reports are not based on Sharp’s announcement.

Furthermore, there is no fact of Sharp making decision to record the loss for the businesses including LCDs.

As we continue our structural reforms from previous fiscal year, we have not announced the forecast of net income (loss) due to difficulty in making a reasonable estimate at the moment. We will make announcements once structural reform plans are specified.
