BOISE, Idaho (PRWEB) December 18, 2019

With a track record of providing quality technology management services to businesses and government agencies for more than two decades – CRI Advantage is once again setting a professional standard. CRI is proud to announce its re-appraisal at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute's Maturity Model Integration for Services (CMMI-SVC). The appraisal was performed independently by Concept Quality Assurance Labs Pvt. Ltd.

CRI Advantage (CRI) provides IT managed services, cybersecurity assessments, and cloud management to a variety of clients, with a focus on process improvement and change management. Founded in 1998 in Boise, Idaho, CRI helps clients to use digital tools to transform their organizations. CRI actively invests in standards, like the CMMI credential, to ensure high quality and exceptional value to its customers.

"We are continually evolving our IT Services methodology and processes," said CEO Monte Brookshier. "Corporate investment in the CMMI appraisal validates to our customers our commitment to CMMI and ITIL methodologies and processes that promote effective and high-quality service delivery. This appraisal is just one of the many differentiators that set CRI apart from our competition."

CMMI is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with a mechanism to evaluate their capabilities resulting directly in improved performance to customers. The CMMI-SVC model - developed by a coalition of industry, government agencies, and the Software Engineering Institute - objectively assesses the full range of an organization's software and systems engineering, services delivery, project management, services management, and organizational management capabilities.

"By continually building upon our expertise and approach, we can keep up with the ever-changing world of tech, specifically the facets that are most relevant for businesses and government agencies," added Brookshier. "This CMMI certification ensures our customers the most efficient project management practices to save them time and money in potential issues."

An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 indicates that CRI's IT Managed Services performs at a "managed level" for all IT services activities. At this level, the organization has validated that its services are performed using industry best practices and that these services are continually improved and managed.

"I am extremely proud of the hard work our team has put into earning the results from our appraisal activity. We are confident in our ability to run a highly-mature IT managed service," said Mr. Brookshier.

CRI Advantage is headquartered in Boise, Idaho, with offices in Reston, VA, Idaho Falls, ID, and Albuquerque, NM. CRI is a 2008 Department of Energy Small Business of the Year recipient. In addition to the CMMI-SVC/3 certification, CRI also holds accreditations for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20001:2011, and ISO 27001:2013.
