I have a customer who is unhappy with a Pitney Bowes DocuMatch. A DocuMatch is a mailing system with a printer, inserter and postal net barcode grouping.
I am working on a different solution that will combine either two Aficio 900's or one 2090 along with an inserter from Formax. My problem is that the Pitney Bowes Software will batch print the zip codes for maximum discount for bulk mail.
I can not so this with Print Mail from Ricoh, I am trying to find out if anyone makes a backend scanner that will scan postal bar codes and then sort the mail for maximum discounts.
Can anyone help! The customers volume is 150,000 pages per month. The DocuMatch does not work properly!
