Scanning is the most common MFP task

I am considering revising my quote format towards placing my scanning specs and capabilities ahead of the traditional hardware "speeds and feeds" specs.

Somewhere I read recently that 58% of the time, scanning is now the most frequent task performed at a MFP.

Unfortunately, I cannot find the document that gave me that information and I was hoping a forum member could help to validate this claim with a web link reference.

I don't have anything like that, however all of my proposals lead with scan speeds and not print/copy speeds. I'll post one up for you to view
