Scan to email with Office 365

We have a mail server we use for most of our clients. However, I have a customer who wants to use their Office 365 mail server. Does anyone have documentation on how they have done this successfully? I have referred to the information here https://support.office.com/en-...74-ad18-c805d654b4c4

but haven't really picked through it yet or cracked the code.

Actually, that document you linked to is very helpful. All Ricoh devices in the past about five years can be set to use those settings, SSL/TLS over port 587 (Option 1). For a more Ricoh centric solution, see the following Answer ID from TSRC:

An easy way to deploy this solution is to use ICE. The client get's the added benefit of scan to searchable pdf, plus all of the other "connectors".
