sc672 no a 3025 | Print4Pay Hotel

Can anyone shed some light on this problem the box has only 20k on the meter and i have upgraded the firmware to verson M but from time to time the m/c keeps going sc672. The mc has no printcontroller or H/D no sorter just a d/f d/plex the m/c also logs sc 355 in the smc sheet all the time any info please

Wish I had better news, we never did fix this problem it was R/A ed back to Ricoh. They know of this issue but have no fix at this time.

Has been fixed with firmware now. Also switch off auto SC reboot in SP mode,
