whyn is my main charge wire blowing?replaced both end blocks but sure enough after 20k the fault happens again.any answers would be of great help

and by "blowing" you mean, causing the 301 or breaking then causing the 301 or blows as in, turning crappy on me.?
the model is a 2105 and by blowing i mean the wire overheating in one place and snapping
First, I am not familiar with that model but here are my thoughts. Do you see excessive paper dust on the charger? Could dampness be a factor? Can you swap out the charge transformer?

My guess woudl be you have insufficient airflow around the process area. Make sure the machine is PM'd and all the filters are clean.
Are you using genuine consumables?? Old dev or drum will cause process control to overdrive and could therefore apply too much charge, in term blowing the main charge.
