As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for managing a team of Account Executives and assisting their efforts in promoting sales, increasing market share by introducing company products as business solutions, and providing account management services.



Responsibilities of the Sales Manager also include:

•Managing a team of 6-8 Account Executives to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies.
•Participating in trade shows, exhibits, open houses and product demonstrations, promoting company image and products.
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualified candidates will have:

•Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
•5 or more years’ business-to-business selling experience within the office products industry.
•2 or more years’ management experience within the office products industry.
•Superior knowledge of sales techniques, including cold calling, networking and lead generation, all with the ability to capture and close the deal.
•Industry experience.
