I recently went through a CRM investigation for myself and a couple of other reps in the office. I looked at 4 different options and here were my findings:

Close.io (www.close.io)
Pros - Very good CRM for productivity. You can send emails and make phone calls from inside the CRM, and it's easy and very fast to log your activities. All of your activities, contacts and account information is listed in one screen.
Cons - No mobile app. Price tag is too high at $65 per month.

Salesforce
Pros - Customization is huge. You can configure your CRM to do anything you want, such as automatically create an alert when a lease is 12 months away from expiration or flag an account that has had no activity logged in the past 7 days.
Cons - Expensive. $65 per month to start and it continues to go up. Very, very complicated. I found Salesforce to be anything but user friendly. There's a large focus on analytics and management instead of organization.

Insightly - Paid Version
Pros - Very easy to use, very easy to customize and configure. It's simple to manage your tasks and opportunities. You can also send emails directly from Insightly and also send out Mass Emails (up to 500 per month). It's only $15 per month.
Cons - Logging your activities is not as simple as Close.io. It can be a little tedious adding notes and flipping between tabs. The paid version only extends your record limit and allows you to send emails from Insightly with a custom signature.

Insightly - Free Version
Pros - This is what I've been using for 2 years and will continue to do so. It's free, it's simple, and it works. I run my entire territory using this CRM.
Cons - Same as above.

My recommendation is to try multiple CRM's and see what you think. At the end of the day, Insightly works for me because it's easy to use, easy to configure and it's free.
