stopped printing about a week ago
error
Error while resolving the print data for deficit page
Details: There is no tray with the selected media

it shows no paper in upper right window of plotbase, does show ready and toner 100%

if I open device manager and pull up properties for the card, it does show paper levels properly.

tried uninstalling/reinstalling plotbase and reinstalling card driver, - no better. computer does have other software, so no going to reimage computer, may have to tell customer to get another computer, if can't resolve, may try v3.6

is plotbase showing the paper roll feeder installed, also do you aalso see the paper roll feeder on the copier?

Yes, it shows the roll feeder and cut sheet tray on the machine and in plotbase. Both have paper, which does show up when I pull up the properties of the interface card.

trying a brand new pc also with xp media edition. still not working yet, also had customer try flipping the cable end to end no better.

Maybe it's the Media Type instead of size?

Try setting the Media Type to "Don't Care".

It looks like the issue was that the HDD setting toggled sp4960-015 had to set to "1" again.

I've had this error come up a number of times. Even though the machine has paper loaded, it doesn't know it. Unloading and reloading both media rolls has always fixed it for me. Maybe the sensor feedback gets mixed up during a jam, sudden reboot, or anything else the machine's logic wasn't expecting.
