rw-480 plotbase unable to plot

unable to plot, funny error, but seems that it thinks lw411 is out of paper, but does show toner and energy level. device manager shows proper paper levels, wim and sdm show proper paper levels, tried uninstalling/reinstalling plotbase no better, restarted plotbase pc and plotter many times. 3.71v110

need more details, like when do you see this.
when plotbase or plot client for windows opens, or when attempting to plot. maybe multiple people are using plot client for windows are trying open the same ssl file at the same time.

Seen this type of thing on RW-240's several times, especially with a Dell PC. Try re-seating the controller card, and make sure it stays square in the slot when installing the screw.

I just logged into system and it is working today. I talked to user, I think the fix was to open and close the paper roll drawers, strange. that everything else looked ok though.

Sometimes tings get "out of synch" communication-wise and the printer has to be hard reset with the red power switch. It was more common with older plotbase versions. Glad it's resolved.
