Ricoh launches exclusive in-line finishers

Unique to Ricoh, the StreamPunch™ Inline Punch System by GBC, and the Ricoh Booklet Making System by Plockmatic are designed to save businesses time and money by bringing specialist document finishing in-line.

“This new technology enables low end black-and-white production devices to perform tasks that were once only the domain of high-end productivity environments, or which required large amounts of manned labour,” explains Ricoh General Manager Marketing, Sue McGinley.

Ricoh StreamPunch™
Previously, end users in many production and corporate environments had to punch documents manually, hand loading each individual lift of paper into a separate tabletop punch prior to binding. Now, the Ricoh StreamPunch™ system provides ready-to-bind documents at the touch of a button.

Teaming up with the world leader in binding solutions, Ricoh has integrated GBC’s hole-punching technology into its range of digital imaging systems.

The recently awarded Ricoh StreamPunch™ provides a flexible, fully integrated punching solution for the production of high quality documentation and presentation materials. This new technology is compatible with the Aficioä 1060, 1075, 2090 and 2105. It dramatically lowers the overall cost of production, and as each page is punched at the rated speed of the print engine, productivity is not compromised.
