I have a very large organization looking to replace Eskerfax? with something and Rightfax is one of the solutions under consideration. I know nothing else about what they are looking to accomplish. I asked my Solutions Support Specialist with Ricoh what we had and he came back with Omtool Accuroute.

I have zero experience in this arena. Is there anyone out there that can enlighten me to the possible solutions and the potential pitfalls? A business partnership may even be considered.

I could really use some help here. One of my accounts is about to spend $50,000 a year with RightFax or something like it. Does anyone have any ideas how I might be able to insert myself into this?

Find out who the Rightfax distributor is that they are looking at ordering Rightfax with,  & get in touch with them.  If they haven't quoted the cost to integrate the Open Text Rightfax connector into the MFPs, you could potentially partner with them to resell the connectors and charge Professional Services for installing the connectors into the MFPs and making them talk to the Rightfax server.  You could potentially incorporate those amounts into your lease contract in order to make the contract a little more "sticky".
