WEST CALDWELL, N.J., Sept. 6, 2012 – As organizations struggle to accommodate an increasingly mobile workforce, Ricoh Americas Corporation today detailed its new Ricoh Mobile Worker Services portfolio designed to give mobile workers instant access to the information they need to be productive.

The Ricoh DocumentMall cloud-based content management service, which simplifies the capture, storage, management, sharing and collaboration on documents from any device, whether mobile or fixed. DocumentMall provides comprehensive security and compliance capabilities.
A free HotSpot Printing app, which locates the closest HotSpot-enabled public printers (over 5,000 globally) via GPS mapping or manual search fields. Employees can set HotSpot-enabled devices as default printers as they would their desktop computer.
