The entire Ricoh Tech Hotline in New Jersey was let go this month and great people with lengthy careers were once again shocked and saddened by Ricoh's actions. I told you that Marty holds his Hammer in one hand and his bloody red wine in the other. He is doing what I told you he would and people are suffering. How does letting go of more and more Customer Support and Service Support personnel align with Ricoh's renewed interest in their Dealers? A hell of a lot of TALK by Jim Corriddi down in Vegas about how important Dealers are to Ricoh, yet Dealer resources are being reduced continuously. Best of luck talking with your new support folks down in Atlanta.

Is this the same group that once supported only connectivity and solutions?
