Contracts:

1. The lease-to-purchase contractual agreement for all four of the Konica copiers at Lincoln Elementary School will be completed as of November, 2008. On October 6, 2008 the District asked for a copier: request for proposal from vendors for four new copiers. There were eleven quotes provided by vendors at the October 17, 2008 request proposal opening. It was the recommendation of Mr. Taylor, Superintendent, to enter into a 5-Year agreement with Imagetec for four copiers based on overall cost, price of excess copies and speed of the one copier:

Each of the four new copiers will have a 3-hole punch feature and the one Konica copier will have a half and tri-folding feature.



The Board also amended consent agenda to approve Mr. Taylor to enter into a service agreement with Imagetec for two of Lincoln Elementary School’s current Konica copiers.



The Regular Meeting of the Board of Education School District 156, Cook County, Illinois was duly called to order and held on the 27th day of October, 2008 at 6:02 p.m., in the Lincoln Elementary School Building, 410 – 157th Street, Calumet City, Illinois, within the boundaries of said District.
