Does anyone have a step by step document that would show the steps to import a .csv data file to Ricoh Smart Device Monitor?

You are going to need to use Smart Device Manager NX. Its a nightmare to figure out the first time.
Art, I have Smart Device Monitor for Admin if you need it. I hate the new Smart Device Manager NX, it does a lot of stuff I don't need and doesn't do the things I used in smart device monitor for admin nearly as well.
Importing a CSV file is very easy with sdma, open the program and make sure the monitoring is set to the right network (usually nothing needs to be changed unless you have a fairly complicated/unique network). Right click on the device you want to manage and select Address Management Tool, log in (admin, blank). File>Import Data, browse to CSV. The only time you might have trouble is if the CSV file is not in the right format, then it would need to be manipulated. I can provide information regarding that if that is the case.
