Our price sheet indicates that the SR3020 will accept the Type 3260 hole punch. Could this be true???? I've not seen the Model SR3010.

could be....naw, I think there is a mistake with this. I checked the pricing sheet also, and it to is awkward to understand and does not even mention the 3 hole punch in the T's & C's at the end of the pricing.

Your post referenced the C2500 in the subject line however it is in the pricing of the C3500/C4500 that we find a reference to the Punch Unit Type 3260. I hadn't noticed before but the Footnotes say that the 2/3 Hole Punch Option is for the SR3010 and SR3030 Finishers only but there is no SR3010 for the C3500/C4500. Only the SR3020 and SR3030 (as well as the SR790). Therefore, I assume that the SR3010 is supposed to read SR3020. The Brochure says that 2/3 Hole Punch is available on both the SR3020 Booklet Finisher and the SR3030 3,000 Sheet Finisher.
I personally don't trust Connectivity Cafe' to be 100% accurate.
